It’s not easy.

Addiction is recognized as an illness affecting our mental, physical, social and spiritual condition. The misuse of alcohol and drugs usually happens as a way of self-medicating some of the pain or struggles in the challenges and complications of life. It actual make us feel good… for a minute.
 
It’s not easy to set it down (drink, drug or poor choices).
