No one knows what 2025 holds...

Last year was hard for many. I bet you had your time in the barrel, so to speak. And here we are at the beginning of a New Year—and it's already a doozie!
As multiple fires tear through Southern California leaving devastation in their wake, it understandably stirs new anxieties and surfaces fears and pain.
Yet in the midst of tragedy, hope surfaces. We see hope building as acts of kindness and generosity are popping up all around us. There is a spirit of community surrounding Los Angeles. This hope in action is especially beautiful in sharp contrast with the devastation. Hebrews 6:19
When faced with hard things so much is outside of our control. You hope and you pray. You do what you can to work toward better days and you trust that God is near. This kind of trust is based on understanding that God is NOT taken by surprise. God Almighty sees, knows, cares, and is at work. Facing troubles with this knowledge is a kind of parallel track of pursuing restoration while living by faith.
The heart beat of what we do at Harbor Rock Recovery is no different. We work every day in the pursuit of freedom from addictions developing a life of vibrant faith.
